Shipping & Returns

• Shipping Policy: We deliver across India with estimated delivery times between 5-10 business days, depending on location.
  
• Shipping Charges: A nominal charge will be applied for shipping based on location, distance and quantity.
  
• Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items with original tags.
  
• Return Process

1. Initiate a return request via our website under the ‘My Orders’ section or email our support team connect@labelvedaa.com.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
3. A video proof of package opening is required for claims related to defective or incorrect products. The video should clearly show the unboxing without any cuts or edits.
4. Once received, our team will inspect the item for quality.
5. Upon approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   
   

• Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  
• Exchange: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items are non-returnable.
  
• Return Shipping Charges: If the return is due to sizing issues or a change of mind, a nominal return shipping fee may apply. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the shipping cost.
